We have 3 bedsits of 35 sqm. in the attic the apartments have air conditioning included. Some have sea views. They don’t have a balcony only windows. Practical and functional cooking angle with large fridge and freezer.They can accommodate 2 to 4 people if two are children. In those lofts, the double bed is situated on a mezzanine. The bathroom has a shower box with plexiglas doors.

One Bedroom Apartments:
We have 5 apartments of 60 sqm. without air conditioning as they are thermal insulated so fresh. They are equipped with modular kitchen of known brand and equipped with crockery and everything you need except linen. The bedroom has a balcony with some sea views. In the day room there’s a sofa with pull out bed which makes it fully usable living space. Ideal for 4 or 5 people.

We have five ,2 bedroom apartments of 80 sqm. Of these four have air conditioning. They are equipped with modular kitchen known brand and equipped with crockery and everything you need except linen. In the , kitchen-living room, in addition to tables and chairs, is a double size sofa-bed. Two bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds and wardrobes which are finely crafted and very comfortable. The apartment is ideal for up to six or seven people.

PAYMENT: 30% upon booking, closeing balance on arrival
MAKE A DEPOSIT: € 100. The customers have the only obligation to leave the apartment in the same condition as it had been gave on arrival, totally intact. Upon departure, the owner reserves the right to make sure it is indeed the case, in order to return the entire deposit to the person, or otherwise, to deduct from it all extra expenses for the repair of damage made .
CLEANING: single € 25, € 35 Two-roomed, € 45 three-roomed; The kitchen is to be considered in any case to be cleaned by the customer ,otherwise an amount will be deducted from the deposit equal to the cost for cleaning it.
INCLUDED SERVICES:
USAGES: The rates are inclusive of all expenses related to the use of water, electricity and gas.
WIFI ZONE: Ability to connect to Internet for the duration of stay in a completely free and independent.
PARKING: No private parking.

LAUNDRY SERVICE: change of linen is carried out on request, at a cost of € 7. Includes: 2 sheets, 1 pillow, 1 facial sponge towel , 1 Bidet Sponge towel, 1bath sponge towel and a mat.
Private beach service: this service can be taken advantage of ;a beach umbrella and two chairs for the price of: June, July and September of € 12 per day, € 60 per week, 100 € for two weeks, 150 € month. Aug. 15 € per day, € 70 per week, 120 € for two weeks, 180 € monthly.
